OUR PHILIPPINES HEADQUARTERS

Our Philippines Headquarters is the MKMI Compound, located in Ozamiz City, on the island of Mindanao. Inside our compound, MKMI has five buildings which perform various functions related to the ministry’s vision. The compound is home to our ministry’s conference center, which is used to host our conferences, and other special ministry functions or events. It can seat up to 1,000 people. We also have a 2-story Staff House, where many of our ministry’s employees and their families live, along with a Staff Office building, 2-story Guest House, and a 4-story Dormitory. In the Dorm, we have a 4th floor function hall, our Administrative offices for our Rhema Bible Training Center, our Bible school classrooms and our RBTC Library. Our RBTC students are lodged and fed there as well.

Since September of 1980, Apostle Mike has labored for God throughout the Philippines, holding thousands of Miracle Crusades, winning hundreds of thousands of souls to Jesus, and seeing tens of thousands of confirmed healings and miracles as well. From 1980 to 1987, Apostle Mike operated in the offices of Evangelist and Teacher. In 1988, God moved him into the Apostolic office, which is the office he stands in to this day.

In addition to the Miracle Crusades, Apostle Mike has conducted hundreds of teaching seminars, conferences, church revivals, and special meetings designed to educate, equip and develop Filipino leadership in the body of Christ. Many churches have been built through direct MKMI support of local and regional outreaches, and hundreds more have received construction or land-purchasing assistance from MKMI. At present, MKMI oversees and apostolically covers approximately 150 churches and 200 Filipino ministers nationwide. Below is a listing of the major areas of outreach conducted by MKMI in the Philippines:

1. Miracle Crusades. Since the beginning, crusade outreach has been, and will forever be, the bedrock and foundation for everything this ministry does in the Philippines. Thousands of open-air crusades have been conducted, most of which have been held in places where such events have not been conducted before. Hundreds of thousands of people have been saved, and tens of thousands healed in their bodies as they attend these anointed miracle meetings.

2. Conferences and Conventions. MKMI conducts large conferences and conventions, within our compound and also out in the field, to educate and equip pastors and church leaders for effective ministry in Christ. Every three years, our national leadership conference, which is called STRONGERMAN, and our national youth conference, which is called IGNITION, bring together all of our pastors, leaders, students, graduates, youth and workers for training, teaching, equipping and impartation.

3. Church Network. The church arm of MKMI is called ATWOC, which is an acronym standing for ALL THE WORLD OUTREACH CHURCHES. This name for our churches is derived from the Great Commission of Mark 16:15-20. At present, the ATWOC arm of the MKMI ministry covers approximately 150 churches throughout the Philippines, providing spiritual and legal covering, with licensing and ordination for those who wish to submit to Apostle Mike for leadership, accountability, covering and supervision.

4. Summer Missions Tour. This annual event, which was started back in the late 1990s, has given MKMI friends, supporters and partners the chance to come to the Philippines, and work side-by-side with Apostle Mike, Sister Ethel and their staff, for 10 days of anointed ministry and crusade outreach. Tour group members have gone into hundreds of villages, towns and remote areas surrounding Ozamiz city, telling people the good news of the Great Commission. They have led thousands of people in the “sinner’s prayer” to receive Jesus, and laid hands on thousands more for physical healing. Tour group members have had their lives profoundly impacted through their participation in these outreaches, in ways no words can describe. Each Missions Tour is open to anyone. Age is no issue, neither is ministry experience a pre-requisite. Anyone who has a missions-heart can come, and is welcome to participate with us.

5. Seed sowing, Alms Giving and Disaster Relief. Since 1980, MKMI has given away hundreds of thousands of dollars to support local and national ministries and churches that are started and run by native Filipino pastors and ministers. Various areas of support would include support for a Pastor’s parsonage and living expenses, legal expenses for church-related litigation, church construction expenses, land purchasing expenses, medical and hospital expenses, transportation needs, disaster relief and assistance, medical support teams, and many others as well.

6. Publishing and Literature Distribution. Since 1980, Apostle Mike has written, published and distributed tracts, study manuals and books, which have been given away free of charge to thousands of pastors and church workers nationwide. This ministry is an on-going effort to flood the Philippine islands with anointed gospel literature.
